Data deletion

If you used Facebook or Instagram with our app

Lulu Marketing Hub is the app our customers use to connect their Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, ad accounts and WhatsApp numbers. To stop it accessing your data and have that data deleted:

1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
2. Find Lulu Marketing Hub and choose Remove.
3. Meta tells us about the removal automatically, and you receive a confirmation code. You can check its progress on our status page with that code.

We delete data connected to your Facebook account within 30 days of the request, except records we are legally required to keep.

Request deletion by email

Email admin@buzzspark.in with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us:

• your name, and the email address or phone number you used with us, or with the business that ran the ad or Page;
• the business, Page or Instagram account you interacted with, if you know it;
• any confirmation code you received.

We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting anything. We will confirm when your data has been deleted, within 30 days.

If you are a Lulu Marketing customer

Disconnect the asset in your Lulu Marketing settings, or email us to close your account. We delete the related data as described in our privacy policy.

If you gave your details to one of our customers

If you submitted a lead form or messaged a business that uses Lulu Marketing, that business controls your data. You can ask them directly, or email us and we will pass your request on and help them act on it.
